Hugh J O'Boyle Training Ltd Downpatrick and its sister company Belfast Centre of Learning provide a quality training and recruitment service for school leavers and unemployed adults. Covering South & East Belfast and South Down the organisation has increased its client base year on year.

The company has five departments - Training, Operations, Directed Training, Finance & Administration and Recruitment.
Training Departments in Downpatrick and Belfast include Business Solutions, Childcare, Catering, Essential Skills, Access & Retail. These departments are responsible for broad-based training, basic skills training, a wide range of National Vocational Qualifications, commercial training and job search provision.
Operations recruits and places clients across both sites and in Downpatrick is specifically responsible for co-ordinating and maintaining the ISO 9001:2000 procedures and systems along with IQRS and is charged with matching trainees with the most appropriate qualification and with training, assessing and monitoring youth and adult trainees.
Finance & Administration operates as a support department for the other core departments.
